I described my Mom's favorite flowers and colors. The service was to be held the next day in under 24 hours. The arrangement was breathtaking and exceeded any expectation I may have had. The beauty, artistry and freshness of the arrangement was exceptional and I know my Mom in Heaven was so proud of how beautiful those flowers were. Although no cost would have been too much, the cost was reasonable. Thank you, Alexander's Florist was lifting our spirits with the beautiful flowers for my Mom.

My husband sent me a lovely birthday bouquet a couple weeks ago to my parent's house where I'm staying right now. The bouquet was truly colorful and lovely but after a couple days three of the really pretty flowers wilted. Susan was surprised but she emailed me and said I should come in and pick up a another bouquet of flowers. Wow...that wasn't necessary, but I appreciated her concern. Got an email 2 days later stating I needed to contact them because the florist didn't have the "orchid" which went in the arrangement! They will get it and send it out. I said you didn't deliver it! I said this is unacceptable. I was assured that this could be delivered. The person on the phone offered me a $20.00 refund. Wow! They were suppose to let me know the day it got delivered! On 4/29, they send me a email asking me to contact them so they can go ahead and deliver the arrangement for 4/29! I sent them an email because at this point, I never received an email stating it was delivered and they were closed by then. I was very upset. This morning I got an email stating that my order was canceled and I will be receiving a refund. POOR BUSINESS ETHICS!!!

My boyfriend couldn't decide what his favorite arrangement was of the pre-made options so I suggested that he try the designer's choice. I think it's a great way to get the freshest and prettiest flowers available that day and the design didn't disappoint. The flowers were delivered around mid-afternoon on the day that we specified (I chose the day before Mother's Day just in case there was any craziness the day of) directly to his mom. She was so happy with them and you can take a look in my profile of the other flowers that I ordered to really compare and see how spectacular these are. I with there was a Glinda's Florist in California - they have a very high recommendation from me and I do plan on using them again in the future!
