I called to inquire, because my email confirmation said they would be delivered. I was told that sometimes the online orders don't come through in time and I needed to call to place an order. She goes on to say that she didn't know what the arrangement I ordered looks like and they don't have everything in their store that's on their website. She had horrible customer service and kept saying that it wasn't their fault. Then when they finally delivered the flowers, they gave both arrangements to my mom and charged my credit card twice. I will never be using them again.
