I knew where the leak was because I attempted to fix it myself before I ever called anyone. The first day they came out with just a snake, no hydro cleaning or camera (even though they specifically list that they have a camera on their website) and after they "fixed it" after snaking it twice, digging a large hole in my yard that they did not need to do, the leak came back that night even worse and backed up into the whole house. They came back a second time the next day, with the exact same snake, and did the exact same thing and must have barely broke through enough for it to drain for a couple days because that is all it took and the backup started again.
