Everytime I called, nobody could explain what happened. Further, on Monday, July 11th, I was informed I was on the list for pickup. As of today, July 13th, no pickup. I called today and was told there were no trucks available and not enough drivers. I was informed my trash would be collected tomorrow on the next regular pickup day. No member of management "reached out" to me as was promised. I told the phone lady I knew this was not her fault; that her employer was doing a poor job. My account with Republic is current and paid up. This is an example of poor service to a paying customer.
