Burns Builders is currently converting my attic space. While working on this project, the team found a slow carbon monoxide leak from my water heater which was venting out of my chimney. They also discovered that my electrical fuse box was not properly grounded. They have been diligent in ensuring that my house is safe and in compliance with code.
