No option for zero stars unfortunately! My sister's pool (Keenan) has been an empty, mosquito-filled, uneven hole for months, as no one will return calls, or show up. The owner was supposed to show up this week with grand promises to get things moving, but alas, no call no show again. Measurements are completely wrong on the pool and spa. She's spending over $70k... you'd think something could be done right in over 5 months. Awful. They are also getting a lawyer involved and contacting BBB as other reviewers have done/stated. read more

Update: It will be ONE YEAR since they have been contracted to complete their project. ONE FULL YEAR! The owner commented on this original review to contact him and my parents did and their pool is still not done. These people are scam artists that hire kids to do crappy work. They have damaged their screen enclosure and refuse to properly fix it. ORIGINAL REVIEW: My parents have been trying to get a pool project completed since the first week of June. This should've taken 2-3 weeks MAX - not 5 months. No one shows up when scheduled EVER, returns calls, texts, etc. They've had their property damaged and no ever follows up on their commitments to complete or fix the work. 1 star is only because it is necessary. Do not use All In One unless you want an absolutely abysmal experience. Our pool was dug August of 2017, now April of 2019 we are still trying to get them out to fix the shoddy work done the first (and second and third time.) Kelly will tell you she'll call you back and never call back. They'll tell you people are coming and never show. It is literally the worst experience ever. All I want at this point is for them to fix all the mistakes they made so we can get an inspection and never deal with them again. read more

Most frustrating contractor experience in 30 years! Total disregard and disrespect to the customer. Completely inadequate communication. Multiple mistakes. Do not believe anything they say. If they show you plans, double check. Every plan I saw had the wrong measurements. If they say they you are on a schedule, do not trust it. 11 months to refurbish a pool deck and install a screen enclosure. Unbelievable! I had an entire home built in less time. There is no schedule. Workers show up unscheduled and unannounced and wonder why you are not home to let them in. If you are not home, they jump the fence and let themselves in. Unacceptable! If they say they will call back, it's a lie. Dozens of unanswered calls. Surprised they are still in business. Buyer beware, this is not a company that values quality or integrity. read more

I was told my pool would take 12 weeks. I signed a contract in November 2017 and 66 weeks later in February 2019 the pool is still unfinished - no pool or spa equipment, no control valves, no screen enclosure, no lights, the pool finish is stained and there are other missing or incomplete items. This is after calling them constantly, emailing and texting to get them out to work on the pool. Not to mention my back yard has looked like a Beruit war zone for over a year. This has been the worse experience I ever had with any business and I regret each and every day signing with All In One Pools. read more

My husband & I are in agreement with most of the reviews on here. This company has no respect for their customers. There is no communication except for when they come to get the order for the job. Once they take your order & you give them the down payment you'll be lucky to hear from them in 4 or 5 months if at all. Then when they start the job they'll work for a week then not return. They make a mess, tear up landscaping & lie like crazy. Do yourself a favor & hire a reputable company. This one is far from that! read more

These people suck. They will lie to you when you ask for answers, never call back, they are not keeping a reasonable timeline. We have a big empty hole with moldy tarp around it and it's going on week 3 with no work done whatsoever. This is so mind blowing to me that this is their work ethic. The worst part is that they don't seem to care at all. I would suggest going anywhere but here for your pool. This company is a complete joke, They lie about everything, never finish anything correctly. They are the worst. No customer service at all, not time schedules show up when they want to. If you want to make the biggest mistake of your life use them, if not run and run fast as far away as you can they will make your life a living hell. My yard was destroyed, my irrigation system destroyed they did not grade the yard properly so the inspection did not pass. They do not return phone calls. It has been over a year and we are still fighting with them to complete everything, It cost thousands of extra dollars because of all their screw ups. Don't believe anything they say!! 4/2019: Our finished pool is lovely, however it was a long road to get there. The story we were told is that one of the employees sold way too many pools at once without letting the construction side know. They dug the hole in July 2018 and finished April 2019. They have always answered their phones and answered all my questions; they were simply not able to handle the large number of pools sold all at once. They are not out to steal any money or run away from the job or do a poor job. They had to catch up and once they did, our pool was done and it looks great. I hope they finish the pools they have and take a few weeks off for a vacation. read more

I would strongly advise against All in One Pools out of Merritt Island. I will start by saying that we are happy with the final product, but that is the only nice thing I have to say about them. Rude management, failed inspections, multiple lies about scheduling, over a year to complete, lack of cleanup, ... I could go on for hours, but I'll stop there. Just wanted to save anyone from the headaches we went through. I can't speak to the performance of other builders, but I would hope that Martin, Blue Marlin, and Intercostal are better than this. read more

Only gave one star because I don't have the option to give ZERO. This was the absolute worst experience I have ever dealt with when using a contractor. Our pool was supposed to be finished by July of 2018 (we contracted in January). It finally was completed and switched to salt water in April of 2019 (after many calls and a letter from attorney). The entire process from the time they got their first payment until completion was a nightmare. They were great during the design process but once they started getting draws, they were horrific to deal with. We went TEN weeks with no work completed and the weather was not an issue. They apparently had the spa done incorrectly and for ten weeks they were trying to point fingers as to who caused the issue. Finally, the owner admitted the issue and had to have them rip out the entire side of the hot tub to restructure it properly. Their subcontractors were horrible. They hit my brand new vinyl fence gate and caused $2500 in damage and never finished reimbursing me for the damage. They drove their cement truck into my back yard and crushed my irrigation pipes from the well to the pump, again causing over $2000 in damage that they never paid for. My yard was left trashed. Their contractors left fast food cups with urine in the yard. I could go on and on about the caliber of people that they employ. The office manager Kelly is rude and doesn't have any idea of what she is doing. Dwayne, the project manager is rude as well. He even had the audacity to tell me that my presence wasn't needed at my home while they were working. Really?!! This is my home and I damn well want to be home while the work is being completed. The spa is not the correct shape. The granite for the spillover is the wrong granite. An entire side of the hot tub has zero jets so basically it is unusable. The owner has done nothing to compensate us for all of the damage. We have not received any warranty information or any owners manuals for any of the equipment. We have had to have a Hayward representative out to fix the filter because it was installed incorrectly. You can't make this stuff up! I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy. I would RUN from this company and don't make the mistake I made. They have over $70k of my money and I did not get a $70k pool in return. read more

This company performed pool construction on at least ten residences/businesses that I know and ALL were disappointed. They promise the world (best price, quick 3 month construction time--((when in fact we waited over 1 year for a basic residential pool installation)), quality work)...all turned out to be lies. The construction would not pass code. Call the town code enforcer, they will confirm. The company was reluctant or refused to fix problems, etc. Terrible customer service. Also do not use their landscape service B&G, which they will try to sell to you as well. The owner is a smooth talking salesman, do not be fooled by his mannerism and do not believe his promises. read more

PSA Please save yourself the aggravation and go elsewhere for your pool needs. We went under contract in March and its October 10th and our pool is not plastered, no electric and we cannot get ANY answers. Dwayne the project manager is completely useless, he will not respond to texts or calls. He has provided me with 3 schedules and none of them have been remotely accurate. He has told me my pool would be finished in August, then in September and now we are in October and he will not respond to me or my husband. BEWARE!!! The original agreement was the pool would be completed my mid July. I was contacted by my HOA and made to pay for cleanup on the road because of the mess they made on the road, my neighbors on both sides have complained about how rude and disrespectful their employees are when the do show up to work (for 2 hours at a time). I will be doing my best to get the word out so others don't have to go through this nightmare. It should be fun to watch such a great family pool being added to your yard, instead it has been the worst experience I have ever had with a company. read more
