We all know medical prices are unjustified inflated and the Government cant fix it, but what gets…read moreme, is this hospital expects you to have the 100s in copay laying around to give them. If not paid in 30 days or less they turn it over to a collection agency even if you're paying them monthly. Then the agency starts the phone harassment process. They call daily. The hospital is fully aware of their tactics but use them. The collection agency was informed that the hospital was being paid monthly and there are no other funds, they said they did not care will call daily until the hospital tells them to stop. This is criminal phone harassment by state statue. We like the staff and the closeness of the hospital, but they are pushing us away. They advertise they care about us but cause unnecessary stress daily on our mental health. Does it take a lawsuit to get justice. We are on social security and no savings so what do they want us to do. So if you dont have cash to pay your copay within 30 days expect harassment daily

I've seen several chiropractors in my life and have NEVER felt immediate relief after this type of injury. I went in on a WED. Yes I was a still a bit stiff and sore but that's to be expected. Usually other places I still can't hardly sit back up let alone walk out of the building without pain. My sharp shooting pain was gone and only left with stiffness and soreness from my muscles being in crisis for 2 days. I returned again Friday for another adjustment and therapies and soared through the weekend virtually pain free. I returned Monday for another adjustment this time he added in some stretching and light workouts to help stabilize my hip. I've Never had a chiropractor do this for me. Which is silly! I am an older handicapped woman who uses a cane and wheelchair to get around. My old chair is over…read more6 years old and so my doctor ordered me a new one. I was told by the NuMotion company that I had to get another PT evaluation and to go to Blue Ridge Therapy for an evaluation. My first appointment arrived during a HUGE snow storm so I called to reschedule. It is very dangerous for me to try to walk far let alone on a slippery sidewalk. They were not happy when I called to reset the appointment but reset it with me for two weeks out. They said there wasn't anything sooner. When my second appointment came due, again we were hit with another huge snow storm and the snow was coming down in sheets and the roads and schools were closing. I called again to reset, explaining that I cannot drive in this or walk in this... and the woman was very nasty with me. I explained it was dangerous for me to get out in this even in my car, let alone try to navigate the snow and ice. I also explained that my husband had just got home from the hospital from surgery and also cannot walk around. Again she was hateful but reset me again for another two weeks out. The day my appointment came the weather was fine so I went. They had me filling out extended therapy paperwork and I explained I was only there for a wheelchair evaluation at the request of the wheelchair provider who said I needed it before my insurance would authorize it. They told me everyone has to fill out that paperwork. I did it even tho I knew it had absolutely NOTHING to do with why I was even there. They also said I had a copay due immediately of $55.00 and she needs to collect that up front, and I told the woman that I have had the same insurance for over 10 years and not once have I been charged for an evaluation, and she told me they charge for a specialist copay. I still didn't believe that especially when my copay for a specialist is a set $50.00 not $55... I told them I was going to check with my insurance company because I have had misunderstandings on coverage in the past so I needed to verify that. So I called my insurance company while I was sitting in their lobby. The receptionist kept interrupting my conversation with the insurance representative who was telling me that I did NOT need a physical evaluation in the first place and that my wheelchair had already been approved over a month ago. The ladies at the front desk kept talking over my conversation speaking loudly across the room in front of other patients in their lobby. The ladies not only violated my HIPPA rights by discussing the treatment they said I needed , and spoke including my personal information, etc.., but they were rude, hateful, argumentative, and extremely unprofessional during my phone conversation. So much so that the lady at Humana heard every word they said to me they were so loud. They argued that I needed it to get my approval and that my insurance company was wrong, and I would have to come back, and kept interrupting as the insurance rep kept trying to give me the APPROVAL authorization number. I was so upset by the end that my husband who escorted me there advised that I just leave after the lady from Humana said the same thing to me. We decided to leave and I calmly thanked the ladies for their time on the way out. When I got to my car another woman from their office had followed me out and wanted to know what was going on. I only told her how rude and unprofessional her people were and that perhaps they should provide more training for their front desk personnel. It was the craziest experience I have ever had in all my years. I agree with the other people leaving reviews for this place... It IS all about the money.

Dr. Moses is not like some of those "chiropractors" you see on social media who are just looking for a loud crack. He took his time to explain what he was doing and why. He also suggested some exercises to help prevent future pain. He even called a few days later to make sure everything was going well. Appointments are usually available same or next day. Front office staff is wonderful as well. Insurance is accepted and self pay rates are reasonable.
