This is great but I do agree that their communication is lacking and it is very difficult to get in contact with anyone from the facility. While I haven't purchased any formal events, I have utilized the facility for personal hang outs when there are no events. Sunflower Philly is open to the public during those times. The human robot (bar/restaurant) usually provides food and drinks for their events and it's easy to grab a bite and drinks while hanging out there as well. I look forward to attending their formal events in the future but again, I wish it were more clear on how to communicate with the facility organizers.

I tried several times to reach out and confirm times and such and Brit eventually answered and told me at this time she isn't staffed and that she didn't have time to return my calls. We wanted to bill an additional hour of the booth Iand Brit was furious at the price I paid and mentioned how she was losing money so she would charge over $200 for an additional hour... Excuse me...you told me you would honor the groupon price...NOT MY FAULT. I also informed Brit that I paid to have her attendant at my reception as they would be part of the head count because I had to feed them. Literally at 415 PM this past Saturday, My now husband got a call saying the attendant couldn't make it as they had an emergency-and that they had no other contact information. WHICH is a total lie. She had my number my email and my Caterers phone number. The attendant was scheduled for 430.... I feel like this a complete lie... Brit didn't want to "lose" money so she just didn't schedule me.
