Crystal was great when this happened. I contacted her as soon I knew that I was positive and she worked to get me rebooked on a later flight that week and made sure the hotel was taking care of me as well. She answered any questions I had and everything worked out very well. I will be using their services for years to come. Service like this does not come along often.
