The agents working here are nickel and diming customers thinking they won't look at their new insurance cards or mailed paperwork that they slip in additional coverages like PIP and Emergency Road Service without you knowing. Then we asked for a home review due to our Homeowners insurance being so high. After they came out we were told it would take a week to get the results. 3 months later and still no results. We asked Shellie on numerous occasions. Each time it was "ohh let me check" then she would change the subject. After 6 months we decided to look for other insurance. We ended up going with State Farm. Not only did we get more coverage, add additional trailers etc but it was cheaper by $700! We called and left a message on a friday that we were canceling. She called the next Tuesday and was very confrontational. She said we owned an additional amount. We disputed that and asked for confirmation with numbers etc. It took about 2 weeks before we got anything. During that time she sent us to collections! We are currently fighting it.

It begins with you having to chose which product you want to discuss. I hire an agent to do that for me, because I do not know.
