There's always a promise to call back and it has been almost two years since this started. Yesterday I called and a woman in the service department promised to call me back. They close at 6 PM. I called at 5:30 because I had not heard from anyone. I ran to every department and nobody answered multiple times. we are at our wits end, and during the next windstorm, our door could completely fly off, but this dealership does not care.
