As it was the transmission, they were unable to solve my problem but explored all options available and were so helpful. There's always a promise to call back and it has been almost two years since this started. Yesterday I called and a woman in the service department promised to call me back. They close at 6 PM. I called at 5:30 because I had not heard from anyone. I ran to every department and nobody answered multiple times. we are at our wits end, and during the next windstorm, our door could completely fly off, but this dealership does not care. They tried to put a Band-Aid on it by giving us free oil changes, but still cannot fix the problem. The public should know that We are both veterans of the United States Army. And this is the respect we get for serving our country.
