She's observant and thoughtful in a way that you don't get from big, busy facilities with multiple trainers and programs. That might be convenient, but good training isn't on a time line. HA offers grooming, boarding, and training, and I've used all three. She's a great hand on the table, and she's never rough with the dogs. My dog loves to board with her, and he's eager to get into the kennel and play with doggy friends. As for training, he has two obedience titles, his championship, and several sports titles. All of these were either trained with Daphne or on the foundation she taught us both. You really can't do better than her care for your dog.
