From the reminder call the day before my appt, I knew to come early between 7-9a to drop off my dogs. She told me that they would be ready around noon. The service i paid for was a simple bath. She also trimmed their claws and cleaned out their ears. When I picked up my girls, they smelled lightly fragrant and were so soft. I really liked how she trimmed the fur around their paws when she did their claws. All this normally costs $25, so I felt I got a good deal. I don't normally take my girls to get professionally bathed, but if I were to do this again, i would def consider coming back. Only issue for me was that it's for from home for me.

It does take about 4 hours to get each dog fully groomed, but I got the best surprise when I got a cute photo taken of my sweet doggie on "the hairy sofa" today! It had her posed so cute with her hair all done up with orange feathery hair bands! The photo was there when my husband picked her up. Her harness had a festive clip on it too!!! She got a report card on her behavior, any vet concerns, and her fantastic personality! They payed attention to her diet restrictions and assured me that she was fine if she had any issues with her arthritis, bath time, or anything else. Her cut and style are very good without any hot spots or cuts or anything. Ashton was GREAT with my sweetie pie! The only question I have is why I was quoted at $60, but I was charged $65. I'll ask them about it when I take my doggie in again. For now I'm a very happy dog Mom!

However, I knew I needed to write a review after the exceptional care they gave Blue recently. He wasn't his normal self, and had been throwing up. We took him in and they discovered a mass in his stomach, it turned out to be GRASS which they were able to get him into emergency surgery for to remove. Because of the nature of the surgery he later developed an infection (common with grass removal surgeries according to multiple vets) and did a revision surgery as well. All of the techs and Dr. Dalton & Dr. Gerrie showed so much care and love for Blue throughout the process and we never felt we weren't in good hands. I have a friend who is a vet and consulted her on decisions for a second opinion and that never strayed from Caring Hearts which was reassuring. They saved our guy and provided care that was unmatched for him (and us) during the scariest time of his life with us. We would never think to go anywhere else and would recommend Caring Hearts to anyone!

Gave up on them after some questionable ethical calls. Money is obviously the driving factor here…read more I won't get into specifics, but the final straw was them recommending a pretty large life-changing decision for my pet. I fortunately got a second opinion who also felt it was a little extreme, so we avoided the procedure and as my new vet predicted, the problem went away. I shudder thinking I almost put my pet through a major procedure for no reason. This is not the first time I have had them perform sloppy work, but definitely the biggest thing (besides euthanasia) that I've considered for my pets. Good riddance, and I'm continually surprised at how much more professional and affordable my new vet is. Further away, but worth it.

He has some crazy food allergies, and these people were so nice in helping us figure out what worked for him. We finally got him.....with the help of the great staff....on a good food that works for him. They are priced competitively with the bigger stores, but what you get here that you won't at other places is the service. Also, they have a program that if you buy 12 bags of food, the 13th is free. Yelp had outdated info for the address, so we have that fixed now. So today, I brought our big girl in for a nail clip, and Apryle (unique spelling for "April", but that's what the sign said!) just plopped right down and lovingly picked up each paw and got the nails clipped with no barking or yipping or discomfort (our dog is getting up there in years and has hip issues.). So I hope to check in more frequently and upgrade the review as I try other services.

Even though she grooms our dogs regularly, she always asks how we want the dogs cut. Obviously we've been very pleased with the grooming our dogs get, otherwise we would have went elsewhere years ago. I don't know if she is currently accepting large dogs as new clients, but I would highly recommend her if you need a groomer. Call a month in advance though because their schedule fills up quick.
