Each day Robert and his team showed up between 7:30/8 am continued to impress us with their professionalism and meticulous nature. Our home looks brand new and we couldn't be more pleased! This is our second time working with them after originally booking them for some interior bedrooms 3 years ago when we moved in. Our neighbors have been calling / texting and complimenting the house already! He was incredibly fair with his pricing and patient with my asks . He told me a price and there were no surprise cost despite him finding rotting wood in multiple places that he went out of his way to patch and repair. It has been hard to find anyone reliable for jobs here in St Pete and It will be hard to find someone we are this impressed with ! He has set the bar high! He began the job but ran into a problem installing the window stormbusters. He found an alternative to its installation. Even though the installation couldn't be completed that day, he took the time to go to the store to purchase the materials needed to ensure the product functioned as intended. He came back the following day and completed the job. Even though the project took more hours than he estimated, he didn't change the estimated quote. I only had to reimburse him for the materials he purchased. Stormbusters are a product that is clear and allows the outside light into the room. It is placed over the window to protect it from flying objects during a hurricane. The insurance company recognizes them as window-projectile-proof protection and offers a discount on house insurance. I give Jose 5 stars and recommend you contact him for your next handyman project. He was planning to paint them while still attached to my home, which means there would be black stripes on the wall behind the shutters when done; if I needed to replace or remove them in the future then what!? I expressed my concern, and they took them down and applied the black paint properly to my shutters. The final walkthrough was completed with myself and donna, the project manager. We walked around my home and all appeared great, I completed final payment. I then asked Jeff for an estimate for painting my driveway. I started to put my furniture and decorations back where they belong, and while redecorating we began noticing some mistakes and areas forgotten. When Jeff came for the driveway estimate, I brought this to his attention; he told me to reach out to Donna my project manager. I asked Jeff if I could show him the issues since he was here and he agreed. I pointed out the multiple concerns, with each one Jeff responded, 'that's normal', 'oh that's nothing'. After those two responses I told Jeff that he was not making me feel very good, he laughed. The last thing Jeff said to me was, 'overall you got a good paint job, and you got alot of paint! Get with Donna to schedule the corrections.' At this point I was feeling very frustrated, but Donna came out to see and mark the areas needing attention, then the painter was sent back out. Supposedly Scott, the painter, made the needed corrections, but I was never informed when he finished. I looked over the property, some areas that he was to correct were not corrected. At this point I'm extremely upset, and I reach out to Jeff to ask why no one followed up with me after the corrections were completed? Jeff simply says to me, reach out to Donna. I spoke with Donna and requested to be provided a gallon of paint because at this point, I don't even want this company or painter on my property; Donna delivered me gallon of paint that week. About three weeks later I'm putting up a new play set, while on the ground assembling, I saw that between the bricks my house is still white, not the blue it was painted. I reach out to Jeff to discuss the new concerns, he told me Donna would get in touch with me, I never heard back from anyone! I'm still under their 2 year warranty!

It may have take an extra day to do it, but as Pano (the guy who runs the show) said, we like to do old school quality. A key example is the ceiling of our lanai - not part of the job. They were painting the lanai walls, looked at the ceiling, and said that won't do. To get the quality job they like to deliver - and we really appreciate - they painted the ceiling for no charge. Now that is real dedication to doing a good job. I give them 6 stars - they're that good!

WARNING! The process started out good. I thought David was a stand up guy. I was wrong! The paint…read moreon my house is blistering only after 6 months. The owner "David" told me to my face that if I have any problems in the next 6-8 months because there were already issues with runs all over the gutters, he will fix any issues. The owner has refused to come out and look at the problems. He told me that he would send a worker out for only one day to fix the issue without coming out himself to see the extent of the issue. He also stated that the finish may not look the same. When I asked why not, he replied that the worker would be rolling or brushing the areas and not spraying them which was how the house was painted in these areas. He did not want the worker spending the time setting up and using the sprayer because it costs more. He stated that he could not send a worker out for more than one day due to labor costs. There is no way that these repairs could be fixed in one day. There is blistering on the front of my home, so he is telling me that I and everybody driving by would be able to see the repair because the paint will not look the same. One month went by with no response. I called David and left a message. He did not return my call. I then text him 3 days later and asked him to call me and not text me so that we could talk about how to fix these repairs and that if I did not hear from him, I was going to have to hire an attorney. I paid over $12,000 to CK painting. He text me back(would not call me) and said he has done everything that he could do and that it is a paint issue and to take it up with Sherwin Williams. He knows that the paint warrantee goes with the buyer of the paint, NOT the home in which he is painting which means the warrantee goes with him and not me. David is not a man of his word. Once the job is done and he is paid, if any issues come up, you are on your own. He is not worried about customer satisfaction.
