We called them back once, when the project was only about 6 months old. They never corrected the issue and when more erosion occurred behind the wall again, I let it go until this year. We did the traditional method this time - filter barrier, stone and repack the top. Ironically, it cost 7K with LRE and 7K to repack it 3 years later. What ever foam they used has completely disolved when it was dug out or very little evidence foam was ever used. Do not waste you money and go the old tried and true method to repair your wall and just dig out.

I asked and they responded with the name of the business again and then said you called us, who are you? I was taken aback but responded with "I'm a potential customer, and my name." Still no name as to who I was speaking to. As I was making the call for the gentleman I am doing the work and their is a language barrier as the homeowner doesn't speak good English I was told their would be a 400 fee just to apply online for someone to come look at the house. If I was the homeowner on the other hand it would have been free. I explained this and he said that's how it is. I am retired disabled Veteran and this man was just plain rude to me. He needs some customer service intervention skills and should not be answering phones.

Turns out it is a member of their crew standing on a rooftop constantly criticizing another employee while shouting the F word 2-3 times per sentence that he says. This guy has spent the entire afternoon yelling at this other employee while calling him stupid and shouting things like "F--- you. I'm not your dad" and "why are you so God d--- stupid" and countless things that have been far worse. I certainly hope that isn't the owner of the company, because then I know there would never be any resolution to this extremely unprofessional behavior. If this is just an employee, then he should be fired because he is setting the worst possible example for this company.
