I felt like the building must have just been built, everything looked so new! All of the driveways are sloped into the middle to prevent as much as they can from water getting in the unit which was a huge plus for me as well as a coded entry (Huge safety plus!) Also not to mention the owners were beyond friendly and they actually live on the premises so they can always keep an eye out of the units which again A++ for me! Jerry is SO caring and even comes by with water to make sure you are hydrated. Once, i suffered heat stroke there, shame on me for not properly caring for myself. Thank goodness most my stuff was in plastic totes bc after 2 weeks the unit was covered in mouse poop! I had a new pink dog bed they did pull the stuffing out of and found mouse droppings on the lids of all the totes. The owner acted like she disclosed this, which she did not. If we knew there was a rodent problem we would have never rented a unit. She said well it's in the paperwork you signed and most storage places have these issues. Idk but I've rented units from 2 other places and never found mouse poop. I would not recommend this place at all. I am also paying for the month even thought we emptied it out, I would give zero stars but that's not an option.

My storage originally was $45 a month and $50 after the 5th I live pretty far from this storage now so I usually go in late no biggie. They don't accept card so I always pay money order. After a few months I received a phone call of me owing a lot more money as they have raised the price of my until and the late fee. I was never notified about this but fine again. I had some very nice items in there that I didn't have room for at the time and didn't mind paying more to keep them stored. Fast forward to this month. I go in the beginning of April to get a few items out of there and everything is still normal and great. End of the month we decided to clean it out take this stuff and store it at our home instead so I could avoid making a storage payment every month and we finally had the room for them. I get to my storage grab a few boxes and loaded them in my car. As I was waiting for my boyfriend to show up with his truck I noticed that my white couches looked brown. RODENT FECES EVERYWHERE!!! On top of that the roof leaked and there's water makes and stains all over the mattresses couches everything. Safe to say anything that wasn't in a box is completely ruined. When the owner came over to look at the damages he just brushed it off and when I asked if they have insurance for things like this it was a huge no from him and he's not sure how there could be a rodent issue if he has a pest control guy and they're wasn't a spot on the roof so it couldn't possibly have leaked. Needless to say DO NOT put anything you love here. Pay extra and get something nicer. I promise you I'm saving you a sad day that I had to experience. Oh also I guess I signed a contract that they also refuse to give me a copy of. Awesome people.
