This agency installed my garage door in my new built home. I found that the support where the…read moregarage door is attached is pulling away from the wall (on both sides) which may indicate incorrect installation. I called to ask someone to come out and was told the person who installed my door was no longer with them and because it was over a year, they would have to charge me!!! This problem could have started within the warrenty timeframe but I'm not in the habit of checking above my door. I would think that any company concerned about their reputation would want to ensure that the work was done correctly without charge!
