I also arranged to drop off my truck and pick it up later the same day. The 3M tint looks great on my truck. I went with the Ceramic option (middle tier) due to the lack of fading and quality that 3M is known for. When talking to an employee after picking up my truck, I was told that they have been using 3M for over 15+ years and they haven't had someone come back with an issue. Additionally, I dropped of the truck at lunch and I was able to pick up the truck right after work. It was ready when I got there. Overall I have to say that I'm very happy with my purchase. My husband saw him at the shop 2 week ago and he said he was open with limited hours; even posted them on the door. While everyone was out of the office, the window installer showed up, and called having an attitude about noone being there. They never bothered to call back about coming back to install. When the day came, he never showed up for the time window he was supposed to show up at. I had to call back 4 hours after the time window, and asked for him to come that afternoon. The job was a move out property which I would have appreciated more if the job was just turned down and I could have gone with another company. The cleaners were not only an hour and 15 minutes late for the scheduled time but then requested an upcharge for it taking more time. Honestly, more time for what because there were cob webs still on the blinds, the floors had to be vacuumed and swept again a day later. How is this possible and no one was at home? I was messaged to say that they don't normally do dishes but as seen in the below list from the service it is provided. I was also told that the tub was stained and they tried everything; however the products that were visible (I placed Pall products on sinks in sight). I literally used only two products and the tub immediately cleared up. 1. Spider webs visible on kitchen counter, door sills, windows, blinds 2. Not one spot was even attempted to be wiped off the walls or doorways 3.
