Made sure I was satisfied with all my questions in each part of the home before moving on. Explained what I didn't understand in terms I can understand. If I saw something , he jumped on it. He explained , in depth , parts of the home I need to look out for in near future and common sense things to fix that a new home owner likely would have overlooked. These might be common amongst all inspectors - but know that Gary does not skimp over any part and if he will walk back around twice even three times to make sure he see's " it all". I don't have the expience with other inspectors. Just have to say my time with Mr. Gary and the fact he told me to call him anything with questions about my new home was great. if I had say something bad about this , only issue was getting the lockbox to get keys to home as I am pre purchase inspection , Id rather think it's the realtors fault and not inspector.
