I was forced into using a "professional" to clean our grout while moving out of the rental. We used All Pro Janitorial Service and truth be told only had the front room done to comply with the minimum requirement. This gave a pretty easy comparison because we had tiles right next to each other that some were done and some weren't. I couldn't tell the difference. It didn't look like anything had been done at all. And to make matters worse, when he left, he left footprints with a sticky, glue-type residue all over the area he "cleaned". His area looked worse than when he arrived! I spent the next 45 minutes and a bunch of wet swiffers cleaning up his mess. Used All Pro Janitorial to steam clean the carpets in our new house before moving in. I was scheduled in for the very next morning after calling. Tim and his son came right on time and did a thorough job. They were kind and courteous and were great even with our toddler following them around trying to "help" them with the huge steam cleaning machine. Our carpets are fresh as new and our girl loves playing and laying down on them. The price was phenomenal for the high quality of service.
