Not Impressed. expensive. I paid $200 for about 300 square feet with a 20% discount but I was ok with that as long as the carpet condition improved a little. The carpet looked identical. They did not move anything and just went over the normal traffic area. The pros. The guy I spoke with over the phone was friendly and accommodating when making the reservation. I can't say enough great things about this company.. I've used them a couple times already and they have been great! The first time we used them we needed an overall clean and we were able to walk on the carpets by the time they were finished. The DRY HOST product they use smells great too! We've used them twice more for spot treatment since we're in the process of potty training a puppy. But somehow Marc has been able to get the spots and smell out of the carpet. We will only use InstaDRY as long as we live here in Orlando. If we ever move, I will look to find a company that uses the same system as InstaDRY. Highly Recommended!! read more

My boyf & I used InstaDRY when we discovered -- as we were running out the door for work in the morning -- that our dog had left us a few lovely surprises. Rather than risk our relationship arguing over who had to deal with the nastiness, I called InstaDRY, and Mark was able to come by that same evening after work. The over-the-phone quote was accurate, with no additional fees, and he warned us in advance what would and would not be possible to achieve in terms of stain removal. While he couldn't get all of the stains out of the Berber (he had warned us this would be the case), he was able to completely remove the stink -- and he had a lot of stink to work with! Amazing customer experience from start to finish of the job! I called them on Monday and spoke with Don Snyder. After explaining I have an 800 sq ft apartment he quoted me $94.50 for a one-room call out rate. I asked if there would be any additional fees for traveling downtown or apartment set-up fees (which other companies had given me that day) and he reassured me there would not be and it was very important to him and the company to stay true to their quote. He had availability for that Friday afternoon and I went ahead and booked them. Within the next 24 hours I received the booking agreement via email with the discussed estimate. The day of, Don showed up right on time and was genuinely friendly and obviously passionate about his customer service. He did a quick walk through of the apartment and gave me realistic expectations of what the carpet would look like after being cleaned. From my nonprofessional eye, their unique instadry process involves using a powder they sprinkle on the carpet and clean with a super industrial vacuum cleaner which is what allows it to be dry when they are finished, versus the traditional wet method. Don also got down and used good 'ol elbow grease and a homemade stain solution to get out some tough spots. The whole process took about an hour and the carpet was definitely brighter looking when he was done and he had removed some tough spots. He had the square app available for payment which made the process super easy, but accepts cash and checks too. The final price was exactly as quoted too, which was definitely worth it! Some tips: -they will move some smaller furniture around but you would probably have to discuss a change in price for having a 2nd person sent out to help move things if that's what you want -it's not going to be completely dry when they are done, but it will dry up within the next few hours or so and you can definitely walk on it right away -there is strong citrus odor from the cleaning product afterwards; not a bad one, but be prepared -they have a "spot removal guarantee" where if a spot returns that they cleaned, you will get your money back read more

Their process leaves the carpet instantly clean and dry, a huge improvement over when I have used wet carpet shampoo machines. I can't recommend this company more. They are awesome! They came out just a few days after i called to book service and Marc was great. I never knew there was so much to learn about carpet cleaning! Did you know that wet cleaning actually makes things worse? Your spots are likely to return, the soap residue actually draws dirt and because the carpets are wet you are more likely to develop mold issues. Andrew came over to clean my couch for me. He was very informative and professional. He shared a lot of tips and suggestions and was done the job in great time. Be warned! I found another company who uses the same methods as InstaDry for $100 cheaper! When I called to cancel my appointment I spoke with the owner who asked why I was cancelling. I could have said I decided to not have my carpets cleaned but elected to tell him why I decided to not use his company. He hung up on me while I was talking! Not only is this kind of behavior extremely rude and unprofessional but certainly not a behavior fitting an owner of any company. I too own my own business and would never treat a customer this way. I wasn't sure I could find this type of carpet cleaning in Florida (dry cleaning versus steam cleaning) but was thrilled to find InstaDRY. I have had my carpets cleaned with this process up in Maryland and found that there was excellent stain removal without stains reappearing shortly after, nearly dry carpets after the cleaning was done (rather than having to put out fans to blow on soaking carpets for days) and safe/odorless products. I called Don who set up the appointment. They were willing to travel to DeBary from Winter Park which was great. Andrew and Justin arrived right on time. They were professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They did a very thorough cleaning of my parents' carpets while answering questions and being honest about which stains would and would likely not come out. We were very pleased with the results and there were no added fees. They honored exactly what was quoted and e-mailed to us. There are times in our lives that we hit road blocks in our every day life. We are moving into a mobile home at the end of the month. The woman that lived there had cats.
