Unfortunately the showroom wouldn't sell to us or our contractor. So I Googled and found True Hardwoods. Their price was about 40% lower than the showroom estimated they would sell it for. We ordered about 1,400 square feet and had a great order experience. The wood was delivered yesterday and the shipper they used ran quite late and didn't communicate. When I let John at True Hardwood know, he immediately responded and made it right for us. We only opened one box so far and it looks great. I'll update this once the flooring is installed but I am very impressed with their pricing and great customer service. UPDATE: Flooring is now installed and looks amazing! Our installer said there was very little waste. Very happy with the order!

This is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. Their customer service is non-existent…read more They never once called me back when I received a box of damaged hardwood. I called them a total of 9 times during an 11-day period. They never once picked up the phone to call me back. I was promised a replacement box, but it never happened. This company is dishonest and does not know what the word customer service is. Once they have your money, the communication ends! Do not buy from them. Not reputable!!
