What made the experience even better was that I wasn't even able to be there in person however Jason still made the entire process seamless by keeping me updated throughout the whole process with messages, photos, and phone calls the whole time. We were basically able to handle the entire project virtually, and by the time I finally got home, everything was already completed perfectly. Other contractors were quoting ridiculous prices for such a small repair area, but Jason never once tried to upsell or take advantage of the situation. There were photos and descriptions for optional materials listed with prices. There were no surprise extra costs or added fees. I was in the hospital when the day came to replace my roof but trusted these guys to make sure the job was done right. The person that cleans our gutters said the roof was getting pretty bad, so we started trying to find someone to do the job. When Wayne came out, he inspected our roof, and it was past repairing. He walked us through what going through our insurance would entail. I got ahold of our insurance, and they agreed with everything Wayne had said. So, instead of getting our roof repaired, we got a new roof, new gutters, some painting and some window work done that we hadn't even realized we needed. All for the price of our deductible. We set up a time for the work to start, and Cody and his team were on time and just wonderful! Cody is a young person that has a great head for business and still knows the old rules of how to treat a customer. It was just a pleasant experience. If every business ran like Abbott's, it would be a better world. They did an absolutely great job on our house, but also made sure there was no debris left in our yard, or our neighbors. The whole crew were friendly and so respectful. You just don't find that anymore. It was so reassuring to know that Cody was onsite for the entire job. It's nice to know that as an owner of the business, he cares enough about customers to be there.
