This week I was notified by my HOA that I needed to pressure wash my driveway within ten days. Being in a time crunch, I called four companies on Monday. I cannot compliment Thomas and All Pro Pressure washing enough! I asked for 4 quotes from other pressure washing companies on Yelp. Thomas, with All Pro, replied first with the lowest quote and also came the next day. Thomas arrived promptly on time, was professional, and worked ALL DAY LONG. He is a perfectionist and is exceptional at his job. The pictures I'm posting don't do his work full justice because I only had one before picture that was to show landscaping, not the build up on the house. 5 stars. Would like a 5 star plus option :) Thomas does not give out quotes over the phone, which is fine with me - it means he needs to look and see what he's dealing with before he starts. That tells me he values integrity, and won't lowball a quote and then upcharge for add-ons later. (Though he did tell me over the phone how much an "average" job cost, which was very helpful, so I could at least get a ballpark idea). Thomas came out promptly and we agreed on a price for the pressure washing of deck, patio, flagstone steps, and driveway. He was willing to save me some money by telling me that my driveway didn't really need to be done, but I'm a bit of a perfectionist and I like to set the example for the neighborhood, so I had him do the driveway, too. We discussed the problem areas in advance - I have an outdoor bird feeder, so there are some black stains where the birds have pooped. He said that he could get it totally gone, but I said not to because the birds will just be back again. (If I need to sell my house, though, I'd take the bird feeder down and know that the stains could come out.) He also showed me that there were areas on my deck which were stained and only could be refreshed by repainting (I was sort of thinking that, to start, so good to have confirmation). He did WAY better than I ever could with my little electric pressure washer!!! All the grime on my front steps is GONE!! He also gave me a fair price for the windows, inside and out, though he said that the windows don't need to be done right now, I could wait a year. I clean the inside of my windows twice a year, but I can't get the screens out and am afraid of heights, so having someone do the outside of my windows is a must, for me. Also, every time I do the inside of my windows, I think "wow, wouldn't it me nice to pay someone to do this." He told me that he cleans the ledges and such, too, which is really important to me, because most companies don't do that; they just clean the glass. Well - when the time for windows comes up, I'm definitely calling Thomas. He did a great job on the aforementioned pressure washing, so he has my trust. read more

Best gutter cleaning service I have ever used - all trash was bagged (not dropped onto the lawn and shrubbery) and gutters & downspouts completely washed down; blew all the trash off our roof. They even washed our driveway where there was some trash from a downspout that emptied on the drive; also washed our deck where they got a little bit of trash. Thomas would not give an estimate over the phone, but came out and thoroughly looked the job over before quoting me what I thought was a fair and reasonable price. He and his helper went right to work and did a great job - our gutters are clean look brand new. He even removed some old gutter screens which I had wanted taken out for years. I needed to have tons of exterior cleaning. From my wood deck with pergola, driveway, walk, brick porches and sides of house. When I called Thomas for a quote he gave me a time he could come out. He was prompt and offered great prices. He also provides a deeper heat cleaning for the driveway(concrete areas). But it is usually more than twice as much and takes twice as long. But if you have tons of trees and black spots on your concrete you may want to ask him about this service. When I called to schedule Thomas he was at my home when he said he would be and worked for 7 hours. He did grab a QUICK lunch. I would use him over and over again. The guy that came out to the do the estimate was straight loud, disrespectful and arrogant. He over charged me for both the pressure wash and gutter cleaning and when I tried to negotiate a fair price he started talking about how " he is making money baby" and how he makes 1000 a day and don't need to negotiate a price. Also stating how he's not like these other "hillbilly companies"Furthermore, he continued the insult, saying why don't I do it myself and that I must be scared of heights. This guy is a con. He came to my house while I was at work and wanted to start on cleaning my gutters. I said rather be home to see cleaning gutter process. After pressuring me that he had other jobs to do. I said fine please send me pictures of the roof before and after. He claims he went on my roof and seen a lot of stuff on it and will be a fee of $50 to clean the roof plus the $100 to clean my gutters. After going back an fourth with him. He then said he will comeback after the Christmas holiday, I said ok fine. I then contacted another gutter cleaner to come out He said there nothing on roof beside a piece of a tree branch. The new gutter did the with hour and gone. Thomas of All Pro Pressure never went on my roof. Use at your own risk. read more
