All American Renovations built a screen porch for us less than a year ago. Recently I let the owner know that both screen doors appeared to be falling apart and ask that he come look at them. He came and said "they are falling apart, if you buy new doors we will put them in" being that we just paid for these doors during the build I am not ok with purchasing new doors. I asked about returning them to the store stating we would do it ourselves but he didn't have a receipt, a contractors account or any documentation we could use to return them. He didn't replace the venting, put cheap light fixtures in that blink (loose), my bathroom was flooded did not dry out properly, did not replace all dry wall, the mudding on drywall was streaky. Let trash go into my toilet whole to my septic. He put shower in without insulation till I caught him. Didn't clean up behind himself every day. In that price he was to replace my front door he didn't. I checked to see what he might of spent total on material maybe 2,000 to 3,000 tops. He would come every day and bring workers for about 5 to 6 hrs and he himself total about 1 hour per day. Would not recommend

He gave me a very good quote to do the job. I agreed to his quote for the work and he came the next day, right at the time he promised, and started the job. My job took more than a day to complete so I had to communicate with Chris about the next steps. Chris was extremely responsive by phone and text. I knew exactly what he would complete each step of the project. When the job was completed, it was beautiful! Chris cleaned up after the work was done, everything was totally clean and put back! It turned out great! I will definitely use Walker and Sons again!
