After constantly emailing and calling for the thousandth time, we have an 'expected' date to receive our bins, a whole month later than when we originally scheduled, and no compensation was offered whatsoever. Horrible company to work with. If you call them, anticipate wasting your time speaking to a completely unhelpful A.I. robot, and do not expect any of your issues to be resolved.

When the appointment day/time arrived, Dakota from Junkluggers called to let me know they were on their way to the storage unit, then called me from the unit to let me know they'd been able to access it and to give me a quote based on its contents.
