Wednesday came and went so on Thursday I called Republic again. The lady said there didn't seem to be any reason why they hadn't come on Monday or Wednesday but would schedule a pickup for Friday. Well, it's Friday and no Republic. Our can is full which means that we will not be able to remove any of our removing plants that would normally go out this coming Monday. Service leaves a lot to be desired and customer service obviously has fibbed to me just to get me off the phone! Not a happy camper! Friday 1530 - the truck came and picked up the debris. I called to explain why and was told that the truck had to come down the street to pick up my garbage. The truck comes down this street every week, because there about 5 blocks of this street. Not sure why I'm paying for a service I didn't get. I guess I should have called and told them, I was going to forget to put the cans out because i was going to have a family emergency.
