Jeff appears to be a great guy, but he is not. He lied to us for three months. He said he had ordered the blinds and would install them in the last week of July No call no text no communication at all. He then answered the phone because we called from a different number and said he was on vacation and was having a great time (with other people's money he took with no installation of blinds). He said he had the blinds and would be installing them in August. Jeff never answered a call or text again. We are fortunate that we did not give this clown any money. It is so refreshing when you know you have made the right choice in a major purchase such as blinds for an entire house. All Pro Blinds installed blinds for my son's entire house more than 2 years ago and I called this morning and talked to Jeff to just ask for his advice on how I could fix one of the blinds that would only close one way. He said he would check with his technicians in the field to see if they could just come out and assess and fix the problem. Well, within a few hours of my call, Marty and Steven, awesome technicians, came in, replaced a part and hung up the blind in less than 15 minutes. And, the best part, no charge! :-) This company stands by their products and have great technicians that are professional, personable, friendly and efficient! Jeff is a crook. He took a $15,000 payment up front for the blinds. Never delivered any blinds. We took him to court and got a judgement but so far no money. He is not just unethical but a crook. He should get ZERO stars. read more

Save yourself being stolen from. Don't even call them. I used Jeff Vaughn and All Pro Blinds for our medical office in FWB in January of 2018. They did amazing job, not once but twice! In November, 2018, I had him come out to quote some work on our home. He came twice and detailed the work and quote and spent time chatting about growing up locally, in Niceville. I gave him a deposit of 50% down of $2400. with work to be completed in a few weeks. It is now January 28th, 2019 and i have no blinds and no refund. I emailed my concerns to Jeff when I found similar reviews to my situation in December. He promised he would not let me down...he kept texting (when i reached out to him first), and pushing back the work for a week, 2 weeks, etc. Finally, I asked him to PLEASE call me so he could explain to me what was going on. I wanted resolution. I can understand some hardships. I asked if he was ill or had a drug problem. He said neither and that he would come through. He promised to call me to talk, then did not. HIs next text on January 9, 2019 was this: "Good afternoon, to be fair to you I think it's gonna be best if I do a refund. I currently do have a supplier issue for your product. I don't know that I can get this worked out in a timely manner. I will work on getting your refund in full back to you in the next 7 days or less. I am so sorry to be a burden on you." 8 days later, I inquired about the refund. He has continued to put off a refund week after week and today he promised for sure THIS Monday, 2/4 (after i've been asking weekly) It's now 2/5...NOTHING I texted back that I felt that he was taking advantage of me. I told him i'd have to contact the BBB to try and get my $2400 back. His reply was "I'm sorry." I don't know what happened to this man and his business that was once great but I wanted other consumers to be aware and NOT give him a deposit. Gave this company half down ($900) for blinds in September 2018, first delivery date 20th October, pushed due to backorder of blinds we requested. Next install date 1st week of November then to week before Thanksgiving. Now they don't answer calls or texts. Jeff Vaughn is the owner and we gave him our money directly in good faith. One star for initial friendliness and the fact that you can't give less. Was told blinds would be in and installed within 4 weeks so we put a $900 deposit down. After 5 weeks checked on status. Was told there was a delay with the manufacturer and it would be another two weeks. Around the two week mark, we tried to get a firmer date. Another delay. A little while longer checked again. We were told the blinds were expected to ship the following week. Still nothing. Checked again. Once again told they were being shipped. Requested proof. Didn't receive any. Waited a few more days and asked again for verification, then we were finally offered a refund, that was Nov 27th. Today is Dec 14th and still no refund. read more

Ordered 12k in plantation shutters back in October, 2018. Today is the 7th time that Jeff of All Pro Blinds promised to show up for my install. As usual he hasn't called to cancel and is ignoring my texts and phone calls. I have a lawyer drawing up papers now to sue these bozos. Seriously, stay away from this company.. read more
