I drove over without calling and walked in, the man at the front was really nice, and let me know that it would be $100 to read the code I agreed and he grabbed his computer and went to my car immediately to see what was up. After running it several times, he said no codes for my transmission were coming up, but that he was willing to drive it to see what I was talking about. Well my car immediately stopped acting up. What do you know? They must have magic fingers at Joe's. I will definitely be bringing my car back here if I need transmission work.

I bought a new car on June 26th and 3 weeks later someone came into my lane nearly side swiping me. Out of instinct I swerved right and hit a huge curb/drain. I did damage to the passenger side tires, the front passenger rim, completely destroyed my alignment and suspension and a few other things. I had Doug look at it and he was able to tell me what was wrong with it and had me bring it to Bryan at the Automotive center in Zachary. Once parts were available they scheduled the appointment. They even went for to have my tailgate pre-painted so it was not as long as it would've been otherwise. Communication was great. When I picked up my truck would've thought it was brand new with the way they cleaned it up. Not to mention the service and the quality was impeccable. Great people, you're greeted as soon as you come through the door and you feel like you're the most important person in the world. I would recommend 1000 times over.
