I bought a new car on June 26th and 3 weeks later someone came into my lane nearly side swiping me. Out of instinct I swerved right and hit a huge curb/drain. I did damage to the passenger side tires, the front passenger rim, completely destroyed my alignment and suspension and a few other things. I had Doug look at it and he was able to tell me what was wrong with it and had me bring it to Bryan at the Automotive center in Zachary. I was upset to say the least and to know how much money I was going to have to put out made me sick to my stomach This was also the only reliable vehicle I had to get my children and myself around. Brought my truck in for an insurance claim to replace the tailgate and bumper. The initial…read moreappointment appointment was within a day. Brought it in and 15 minutes later drove off. Once parts were available they scheduled the appointment. They even went for to have my tailgate pre-painted so it was not as long as it would've been otherwise. Communication was great. When I picked up my truck would've thought it was brand new with the way they cleaned it up. Not to mention the service and the quality was impeccable. Great people, you're greeted as soon as you come through the door and you feel like you're the most important person in the world. I would recommend 1000 times over.
