"I'm not sure what happened tonight to prompt you to give a one star review. We can't control who sings and their level of talent. Karaoke is a platform for people to be able to sing in front of others without judgment. We provide quality speakers, microphones, sound tracks, and adjust each singer to make them sound the absolute best. We work very hard to run a fair, legal, and quality service in a very competitive business. This is our livelihood. Our full time business. We have never in nearly 20 years received a 1 star review.
