We ended up getting the bounce house early and getting to keep it for a while after the scheduled pick up time. Chris was polite and friendly wth the set up/tear down. My only complaint, which may be a fault of my own, was I didn't realize there would be tax added to the price listed on the website. Would definitely use this company again. Loved watching the kids enjoy the inflatable!
