I hired Angel for a move, and unfortunately my leather sofa was damaged during the process. After the damage occurred, I learned that Angel does not carry insurance to protect customer belongings while they are in his care, custody, and control - something that most professional movers provide. Angel offered a repair, but the information he provided about the repair shop could not be verified. The business name, address, and phone number did not match any legitimate listing. He referred me to a repair person, and I made four separate attempts to gather basic information -- one phone call and three follow-ups. During our initial call, the repairer became defensive when I asked for standard details such as his full name, before-and-after photos of similar leather repairs, or client references. He said he would send photos but never did. My follow-up messages went unanswered even after four attempts. At no point was l able to obtain credentials, a portfolio, references, or any verifiable proof that this individual was qualified to perform a leather repair. Without that information, I could not move forward with the repair option that was presented. Because I was unable to verify the repairer's qualifications and could not reach a credible resolution, l am now pursuing formal avenues for resolution. I'm sharing my experience so future customers can make informed decisions.

Oh. My. Gosh! This place is the BEST! I have used them 3 times now. Once for a new battery and once…read morefor a new screen. But the real test came when my phone spent too much time in a toilet bowl. It was completely fried. I didn't think there was any hope. No one--the Apple Store, Best Buy or Consumer Cellular would help. I took it to Nathan at Mr. Phone at 10:30 in the morning. I kept checking back and he kept saying he needed more time. He even sent his associate to a neighboring town to get a part. He just wouldn't give up! Finally, at 6:00 that evening I saw him outside of his store and he said, "I have very good news--we fixed your phone." I almost burst into tears! And it only cost $100. I said, "Are you sure?!" He said they don't take advantage of people. So...they had my phone ALL DAY, fixed an almost impossible fix and charged me a mere $100. I can't recommend them highly enough. If you have a phone issue, save yourself some time and go straight to Mr. Phone. You won't be disappointed!

I had two packages delivered while I was at work. One is missing! I am furious! The very least they could have done is put everything back the way it was. I'm told the boss will be here tomorrow. I'm beyond mad. They should not have to use anything of mine to help in their work. I bought my umbrella for my enjoyment not to help A Best Roofing put up a new roof. Barely any spoke English. One did however try to use translator on his phone to communicate with me. I do appreciate his efforts. 1) the roofers could have asked the office to contact me on using my umbrella. They didn't. 2) I had two packages delivered and one is missing! They were the only ones in my courtyard and it's gone! I might change my review after talking with their boss. Right now if I could give zero stars. Their manager did come back and agreed to make things right. The package that ended up missing he agreed to reimburse me the $35. In speaking with the manager he informed me that a letter was sent to me. I didn't receive it. Could be the issue of a mail carrier putting it in the wrong mailbox. Mishaps do occur and a good nights sleep calmed my attitude. I've changed my review from 1 star to 5 star because the manager and the workers this morning did everything to make it right.

Hired them for the seemless guttering system paid way to much for it to begin with & then they put it on my house with double drip edge. just because the roofing company I hired (not them) did the original drip edge incorrectly & hung the guttering system anyway without telling me anything & needless to say it looks like sh^^, & wants to charge me an additional $2800 to come back & make it look right!! this is totally wrong on so many levels. not happening A1-Roofing out of of Tulsa. & it also leaks on every corner of my house. not a Happy customer at ALL! if I had to do it all over again I would definitely not hire A1-Roofing, buyers be aware!!
