They simply replaced a couple of boards instead of reshaping the deck as agreed. They never painted inside at all. The pressure washing was flat robbery. Richard seems to farm it out to sons that don't know what he agreed to. Maybe I caught them in a rough patch during Covid but I will look elsewhere next time.

We messaged through yelp within 10-15 minutes after my inquiry and he sent I formation about requesting a time for us to talk by phone, which was for the same day up until an 8pm-10pm time slot. I was so impressed to get a call from Randy. He seemed very knowledgeable and organized and even offered to have someone come out the very next day to fix the leak I had discussed with him. I really wanted a quote and was very much impressed again with his responsiveness. He stated that he would send me a document to review and sign which I ultimately received the next morning. He had basically sent me a contract to sign without having anyone come and look at the job. We spoke Friday afternoon and I explained that I didn't feel comfortable signing a contract and that there must have been some sort of misunderstanding. He explained that it's not cost effective for him to just send someone out for an estimate. He even said that my concern could be one of three things ranging in price from a $125 fix to a whole new roof. After further discussion, he agreed to come out to my house today. Well, there must have been another misunderstanding, because he was a no call no show. What started out as a very customer centered and responsive company was unable to follow through.
