With two homes, one in Coon Rapids and another in Lino Lakes, I have, unfortunately, had my share of garage door issues--three times to be exact. No matter the issue or the timing, #allseasonsgaragedoor answered my phone call, patiently listened to my layman's description of the problem, and most importantly, dispatched a technician in a short amount of time. But today, #allseasonsgaragedoor surpassed even my expectations of exceptional service and craftsmanship. Late yesterday afternoon, my problematic garage door finally came off the tracks. Thankfully, I was able to get it closed to secure my home, but there was no opening it again until I had a professional garage technician address the problem. I was hurried to begin my planned outing that day and figured I call #allseasonsgaragedoor the following morning, thinking that it would likely be at least a week or more before they could send someone out, what with COVID and the holiday weekend. Because of early morning meetings at the office, I didn't actually get to call #allseasonsgaragedoor until later in the morning. I explained my problem and then awaited the customer service representative (CSR)--who was absolutely attentive, patient, and wonderful--inform me that it would be at least a week or more to send a technician out. Just the opposite happened. She said she had someone (Josh) in the area who was completing his last service call of the day, but that if I'd hold, she'd call him and see if he can make it to my home. The CSR came back after a brief hold and said that Josh would call me when he's finished with the other job. He did, and in no time he arrived at my home, informed me of the problem, replaced some old parts, updated some other features I requested, explained some insulation pointers, which I am undertaking shortly, and overall executed a successful repair of my garage door, which works as though it is brand new rather than 13 years old. In summary, I wholeheartedly recommend #allseasonsgareagedoor unconditionally. I have on previous occasions spoken with the company owner/president #marknorthfield (he not will only answer the phone but he also works in the field as any good leader does), and I can tell you he lives and breathes customer-centric service, as do all his employees. Bottom line? #allseasonsgaragedoor is a company that cares. They care about their customer service, they care about the quality of their products and services, and they care about their customers. Seldom do I write a long review for anything--but #allseasonsgaragedoor gets it. It's not rocket science after all. Our house is only 17 years old, but we had it built when funds dictated lower quality, box-style garage doors and noisy lifts. This winter, however, our spring broke. And my husband backed into the door with the boat motor. WooHOO! It was now NECESSARY to order a new door! We special ordered a stunning walnut carriage-style door with black straps to replace our dented, ugly white one. What a difference! Wayne installed it and the opener in about a half a day, and the change is profound. He was fussy to a T, and despite ordering a top of the line door, he was very affordable. Our garage door had a broken spring on a Friday , the first company that came out told us that our door was old and that they would need to replace the entire door and we would have done so except that it could not be done for a few days and having an electric car , this really was a problem. We called around many companies and no one could get to us until the next week. We finally reached All Seasons who were very pleasant and understanding of our need to have the car in the garage to be able to charge it .They came out after hours on a Friday evening and replaced the springs and told us that was all that was needed and not an entire new door. I had a cable break on a Friday night with the car in the garage. Called All Seasons right away Saturday morning and talked to John. He put me on the schedule for that day and said my technician Carl would be calling as to when he would be here. I felt confident in my choice of All Seasons after getting off the phone with John. Shortly thereafter Carl called, gave me his window arrival time and assured me it was an easy fix. Carl showed up when he said he would and went to work immediately to fix the problem. Great experience from beginning to end.Jeff was our salesman. He is great at his job. He wasn't pushy at all (which I Love!). Andy was our installer today. He was excellent! My husband has no patience for salesman or installers if they don't know their stuff. Boy was he impressed! Me on the other hand do not know very much about these type of things. I bought a new house. The inspector said the garage door safety reverse when meeting resistance wasn't working. The seal on the bottom of the door needed to be replaced and I wanted a general look at the opener and door for possible problems. All Seasons gave me a very reasonable estimate (1/3 of some others). The service call charge included 1/2 hour of work. All Seasons was prompt, courteous and professional. Did the work asked and improved the mounting of the electric eyes to avoid misalignment, all for the cost of the service call plus installing the door seal. No upselling. Great value and service. Markie sent me the quote online as well as answered the phone when I called. Discussed different options and I went with the maintenance package of new rollers, wires and all besides the springs (door is 19ish years old and needed some help other than the spring that broke). Just had my service completed and was very impressed with the honesty and speed of service! From the moment I called in to schedule an appointment, the service was great (and this is after dealing with a 'no show' by a different garage door company in the Twin Cities)!
