After researching junk removal options, I chose All Seasons because they 1. Follow Covid precautions. 2 provide phone estimate, 3 reviews invariably positive, 4 reviews state on time arrival. I made arrangements with Michael the owner. We set a date and time range. I texted photos of the job. He called the morning of the job with an ETA. He showed up on time, although it was raining heavily. He shlepped the heavy treadmill out of the basement and quickly loaded up the other items. Charge was as we originally agreed on. Wonderful experience with this company. I met with Mike on a Friday, and he finished the job cleaning my mom's house out that weekend. Very fast and efficient. It rained all weekend and I was concerned about my mom's white carpet, Mike and his crew didn't leave a speck of dirt on the carpet. I definitely recommend this company! I had to do a complete clean-out of my mother's house after she went into a nursing home. I hired All Seasons. They actually arrived early, but the first thing I was told was that they had underestimated the job. I was fine with the increased price, but not the truck that was too small and lack of enough workers. The job was left unfinished. I am not sure how they chose what they took and what they didn't. A broom closet, the refrigerator, and the den were left. I am now faced with moving a treadmill, two curio cabinets, and a large tv stand. When I pointed this out to Rob, he suggested that I ask the new owners if they wanted them. I also could not watch as they simply threw things into their truck, walked on top of it, breaking things, etc. There was no effort to save things for donation or sort them in any way. All Seasons did a full clean out of my mother's condo after her passing. There was a lot of furniture, clothing, etc and they took care of it all donating to charity and hauling to junk what wasn't useable.
