It's impossible not to use ignorance as a defense in court as both the observation sheet and licensed are in front of you since you need to sign the license, says that seven days of driving and seven days of observation were completed, and the observation record is something that you can go through and look at each of the seven days with dates and times so you will be able to match up the time and dates that you brought your student to the office to the time they drove and if any of those are incorrect because they are made up signing would be illegal.
