I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience with All Wise Driving Academy and would strongly caution others before booking with them. I paid $259.68 for their driver's education program and expected clear communication and guidance on how to complete the course. After paying, I was never properly contacted to schedule anything or clearly walked through the required steps. Months went by with no follow-up from the school. When I finally reached out, I was told I could not receive a refund because too much time had passed, even though no lessons were ever scheduled and I did not receive the services I paid for. They later claimed I was supposed to attend Saturday classes, but this was never clearly communicated or coordinated with me in a way that made participation realistic. My interaction with management made the situation significantly worse. When I calmly and respectfully asked about my situation, the manager was extremely rude, condescending, and unprofessional. Her tone became aggressive, she raised her voice, and she ultimately hung up on me. During the conversation, she stated that she had been doing this for many years and that I would not be getting a refund, and even suggested I could "take it to court" if I wanted. This is not how a paying customer should be treated. I made every effort to resolve this respectfully, but the response I received was dismissive and unacceptable. I have received none of the actual driving instruction I paid for, and the lack of communication combined with the way this situation was handled is extremely concerning. I have also heard from others who described similarly frustrating experiences, which makes this even more concerning. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend not booking with this driving school. If you do choose to move forward with them, make sure everything is clearly scheduled and documented in writing upfront. read more

Your teenager will receive both the student and parent sign that under the affirmation Penalty of perjury I understand that knowingly make a false statement or representation on this form is a criminal violation. on the student in car instruction in observation record which requires the seven days of driving in the seven days of observation again the parent and the student will sign that piece of paper and it says "I make this certification in affirmation under penalty of perjury, and I understand that knowingly, making a fall statement or representation on this form is a criminal violation". Do you want your teenager and yourself to become a felon as this is a government piece of paper? Do you want to risk your teens safety on only one day of behind the wheel. Don't you want your teenager to have practice on the highway in the city on back roads in different environments things that you cannot fit into one day. Do you worry about your child killing another driver, as that would really screw with anybody's head especially a teen. This school gets shut down all the time and they just come back with a slightly different name and a different relative as the owner is a couple dollars for subpar illegal service really worth the risk of your child safety of the safety of the other drivers on the road and becoming felons in the process. Look up crash statistics for driving schools in Virginia and All Wises' will make you sick. It's impossible not to use ignorance as a defense in court as both the observation sheet and licensed are in front of you since you need to sign the license, says that seven days of driving and seven days of observation were completed, and the observation record is something that you can go through and look at each of the seven days with dates and times so you will be able to match up the time and dates that you brought your student to the office to the time they drove and if any of those are incorrect because they are made up signing would be illegal. But more importantly, and the most important thing about this is parents should want their teen to receive the best service to ensure that their teen is the best driver. they can be, that they are safe on the road. They are not a danger to themselves, their passengers, or anyone else on the road A driving school that isn't just trying to take your money will tell you that your teen isn't bad enough to fail, but if I was you, I would continue working on driving with them before you give them the license to drive on their own at home" or if they're at a point during the seven days where The driving school doesn't think they will pass the final road test. The instructor can go up to the parent and tell them. Hey I think you need to go home and practice for another week another month whatever it might be because almost every person who does drivers education schools are former teachers and coaches, who do this because they love to teach students And enjoy the team atmosphere of making a Driving School run properly efficiently and safely. read more

PLEASE, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE! This business is absolutely terrible. For every lesson, they tried to cut off 5 to 10 minutes. Worst of all, they "mailed" out the documents needed to obtain a permanent license a month after they were completed. When I contacted the DMV, these papers were not on file. They have completely delayed this whole process and I hope that no one else has to go through this. read more

I had a great experience at all wise. The sign up process was very quick and easy and I was able to get started right away. The teachers at all wise are very focused on making sure we are good and safe drivers by the time we get our license. The driving portion of the class was also very well prepared because they were able to get all of us driving and back home in an orderly fashion. I also really liked the feedback that they gave us on our driving. They made sure we were comfortable and that we knew what we were doing. My son enjoyed taking driving lessons from Amir. He was very relaxed and happy to provide the specific training I asked for (parallel parking and downtown driving in traffic). Amir picked him up from school and brought him home at the end, which was really convenient.
