We repaired it and installed a French drain. Our other home is on a hill with a daylight basement and had issue where the rain was coming down a hill into the crawlspace above the daylight basement. Again he repaired the dirt area, which was very difficult in this home, and installed a French drain. No issues since! He will be my first call anytime a home of ours has draining issues.

Replaced driveway, poured cement in windy conditions resulting in cracks and did not replace…read moreaggregate trim as agreed to. Punctured a sprinkler line when breaking up old concrete. Did not seal the driveway or replace sod taken out in the process. Driveway is a bad, or worse than before, with cracks and no aggregate to match entry steps or driveway entry as it was originally. Contractor recommended by Angie's list so I expected, and trusted that the job would be completed as agreed and as paid in full. Very disappointed!

Obviously it's not an exact match, but they assured us it would be hard to tell a difference. I was skeptical... but they were right. They showed up on time, didn't leave any mess, were respectful to the neighbors property, returned the rock/gravel to previous location, and even came back a few weeks later to pressure wash the wall as part of their normal service! I had planned to do this on my own because I've seen drops from other fence installs. The fence/wall is a true 6' all the way around. You can see in one of my pictures that the neighbors existing "6' fence" is a full block shorter! Price was right in the middle with 3 bids we got before choosing Hernandez. Would definitely use them again!
