I've never seen anything like their quality and care with an exemplary note to detail. This last job was removing 2 full grown Junipers mistakenly planted by previous owners in a space with little to no room for error as you can see from the photos. I even ok'd it with the joining neighbor to come over to their side of the fence to clean up any strays afterwards but... not a single branch fell over the fence even though you can see most of our two trees hung over to the neighbors side! Sesar and Ziara are miraculous, kind and really great to speak with and work with. I'll not hire or even think of hiring anyone other than In & Out Services, their price is fair, work is perfect and work area is always left cleaned up. Juan's team came out, scraped off the old and loose material, and completely redid the exterior surfaces of the entire house at an incredibly affordable price. The workers were efficient, consistent, and courteous. Every day after completing their day's work, the crew would pick up the area, setting aside the materials needed for the next day. I was impressed with and appreciated how clean they kept our property! They were able to complete the job in a week and a half. They also kindly left behind some remaining paint to match the trim and body for use in the future as needed. Janet was easy to talk to and coordinate with at the office. Juan was accessible, willing to answer questions, and address any concerns. I would highly recommend J & E Meza Plastering to anyone needing stucco work on their home or business!

When I called to ask what the timeline might be they said somebody would call me back. Next day nobody called me back, so I called them and was once again was told somebody would call me back. I am currently still waiting for that phone call so I may update this review depending on how it goes. For a company that boasts all of their 5 star reviews on their website it sure hasn't seemed like a 5 star experience for me so far. Update: this is intended for alpine roofing and I have the right page. After talking with Christine and Ben (who was a little accusatory) it sounds like their call center made am error and never scheduled anything despite saying they would. I am supposed to have somebody come out at 5pm today (still haven't gotten an email confirmation yet) and will update further . Final update 3/19/2026 my appointment was confirmed with Oscar, one of the techs. Got a call from the operations manager who said that due to my frustrations at the company it would be best for them to cancel and not perform the work. Hopefully they get their AI scheduling system figured out to avoid wasted time in the future. I'll keep monitoring this review to ensure it stays up for others to see.

We had hired him to paint almost the full interior and exterior of our home but only got to doors, base molding, wainscoting, kitchen cabinets, and 1 bedroom. All of which have drips galore and missed spots. Zero prep on the cabinets, literally just sprayed over nails sticking out. He would say "I'm not sure what's going on with the paint because it keeps dripping but I'll go back and sand it off" or he would say "the drips were there before". He would ask me to go around with tape to mark anything that needed attention. The final straw was painting a bedroom. He painted the ceiling the wall color mistakenly. The walls were super stripey and soooo poorly painted. I mentioned this to him and he said "I don't know what's going on with the paint, I put two coats on. Would it be possible if I purchased higher quality paint?". We had given him a $3k deposit which he felt he had earned that week and decided not to refund us any of it (not even the portion for the exterior). We asked him to come pick up his supplies and leave all paint for us the next day. He said he could be at our house at 9am so we planned to meet him at that time. Instead he texts us at 7:30am saying he was there grabbing his supplies. My husband drove over to get the key back and discovered he brought "help", apparently another employee who was quite defensive about their (mostly the owner Felix's) work. It felt wildly unprofessional. But anyways, I'm all for giving credit where credit is due so you can be the judge, all I can say is hire wall to wall at your own risk.

He also checked a second gate and tightened the latch screws. Andrew recommended that the latches be replaced as they can come off again due to the wear and tear. He texted me pictures of latches that were similar to mine and said he would come back to put them on without charge. I let him know that I had purchased the new latches and he set up an appointment to install them. He was prompt and professional and showed up when he said he would. I appreciate his thoroughness and cleaning up everything. He also assembled a small side table for me while he was here and included it in just the cost of the gate repair work. Andrew is one of the nicest business owner I've met and a man of his word. I would definitely hire Andrew again for any other repairs or maintenance work that is needed.

They showed up on time, didn't leave any mess, were respectful to the neighbors property, returned the rock/gravel to previous location, and even came back a few weeks later to pressure wash the wall as part of their normal service! I had planned to do this on my own because I've seen drops from other fence installs. The fence/wall is a true 6' all the way around. You can see in one of my pictures that the neighbors existing "6' fence" is a full block shorter! Price was right in the middle with 3 bids we got before choosing Hernandez.
