I don't know what I would have done if Drew did not come and save the day. Absolute amazing guy. My key fob randomly stopped working, there was no way to start, lock, or unlock my car. He made me a new key fob immediately, made me an extra key for my apartment and threw in some of his bottle openers for free would give more stars if i could. Drew has to be one of the nicest and most knowledgeable service people I have ever met. I called him at 9:30 PM because I had locked myself out of the house and he arrived about half an hour later after driving clear across town. He picked open my deadbolt lock in less than a minute and then volunteered to hang around and re-key'd four other locks on my house that were inoperable and fixed some striker plates for a minimal charge. You can tell he loves what he does and really cares for his clients. Anyone who doesn't give him a five star review has some issues, and anyone who gives him a one star is a total wacko. read more

I can not thank Drew enough for getting me out of a bind. I drove to Boone to camp and once I stepped out of my car I realized I had left all the keys to my camper at home! Drew came out and was able to open all three locks. Since AAA didnt have any locksmiths in the area, Drew wrote up the receipt so that I could ask AAA for a reimbursement. What a Godsend Drew was. He came to my son's rescue when his keys were locked in the car. Knowing your son is away at college and having someone reliable to call upon is the best feeling! He got my son's keys out of his car, put in a new battery in the key fob, and even made him a spare key! What a blessing! So I was trapped outside of my car because my key fob was broken and I didn't have my keys handy. He came quick and was able to get my key fob working and I was on my way. These guys really saved me. I just went on vacation and while I was there, I lost my keys with my house key on them. Luckily, I had a spare to the car, but when I got home, I called them to come pick my lock. The guy that showed up appeared young, but showed me his state license badge and was actually extremely knowledgable. He was able to get the lock picked rather quickly without any trouble. I asked him if he could make me a new key and a couple of extra keys and he explained to me that it's easier and cheaper to just re-key the lock itself and make me new keys. He was very professional and friendly and was able to answer every question I had. I would 100% recommend them! I probably will get them to make me a spare car key now... read more

The only reason I have given them a 1 star is because maybe at on time they were better. My experience with them has been absolutely terrible. They don't return phone calls, emails, or texts consistently. They started a job for me which I paid for and it is still not complete, because it wasn't done correctly and did not use the right part for fixing the problem. They show no concern for doing the job 100%. and do not return any type of communication. read more

Amazing service! Drew was here within twenty minutes of my phone call at 8:45pm. I drive a Volkswagon, which aren't the easiest cars to get in to. Despite this, i had my keys in my hand by 9:30. He was friendly and extremely professional. He even offered to make me a copy of my key at a later date to store on the car itself. I had always been told that VW keys could only be made by a dealership at an exorbitant rate. It was a relief to find out differently. I locked my keys in my trunk and my car does not have an in-cab trunk release. Drew and his crew came out and had to physically make a key from scratch in the back of his van to get into my trunk. It was a laborious process that involved removing a door lock from INSIDE the drivers side car door. He did this with good humor and true care to make sure they left my car exactly as they found it.
