I found and…read morerequested Roberto from Yelp and requested a deep cleaning for my new home after my last tenant's had departed. The house is a 3-story 3 bed, 3 bath condo that is about 1,600 sqft. We were able to agree on a time and a cost estimate. However, first he tried to reschedule at the last minute which made things difficult for me. Next, he and his Team did not really perform a deep clean. None of the windowsills were wiped for dust; the floor had dirt and dust in the corners; the kitchen island was not cleaned; and the refrigerator was not cleaned very well. He and his team also complained about how hard the cleaning was during most of their time here. Finally, he refused to sweep and clean the garage unless we paid him an additional $50. We refused. I cannot say Roberto and his team were terrible. They did a mediocre job, but this certainly cannot be considered a deep clean and we were disappointed at how much they complained and tried to push us for more money. I am frankly very surprised that anyone would give them 5-stars. I wish Roberto and his Team the very best, but would not recommend them. I recommend going with a trusted service like Handy. They are much more professional, do a much better job, and they actually cost less.
