Both of our cats have been getting scripts for fleameds electronically sent to our online pharmacy of choice. One month ago we requested it to be done again and they refused saying they will write it out for us and we would have to come pick it up instead of handing them to us while at the exam day. It took 4 weeks for them to finally do it after numerous phone calls. My grandson went to pick them up and when I looked at the scripts one was for a 6 month supply and the other for one single pill. So now I have to go back to the office to get another script for the 6 month supply. This is ridiculous and absolutely unprofessional. Our new kitten will not be going to this vet. Next year Tippie and Ruby will also be moved to the new veterinarian not Kelli Sanders VM12646. Our pets deserve better consideration. read more

The biggest con artist I have ever dealt with..they lie about everything. They got caught and filing a lawsuit. Run as fast as you can somewhere else they are noting but liars here. I can prove they lied about my puppies cause they were tested by 3 other vets and they all said they had no worms with in 24 hours of all springs telling me my pups had worms when I knew they didn't. Held certification from me to keep me coming in for more test to get more test they didn't need. Said all female pups had worms but not the females. That's impossible. Now my health guarantee will say if you take my pups here you will void your own health guarantee because I'm never dealing with these con artist again. Run as fast as you can. We called to make an appt for one of our dogs and were told we were no longer welcome because we chose not to see Dr Barker. We were dumbfounded. His wife called and said "were a family here and we don't like when people aren't happy with our vet" . Everytime I called for an appointment, we simply ask for Dr Porch, because we choose not to use Dr Barker. So, since we voiced our concern and opinion IN HOUSE and were treated this way, we will leave reviews. So Beware!! If your not satisfied with the owner taking care of your pet, and you mention it..You will be ask to leave. So unprofessional and disturbing. Our 13 yr old dog was very ill, took him in because he wasn't eating, wasn't drinking and seizures, Dr Barker said the only way to treat him was to leave him overnight, IN WHICH THEY HAVE NO ONE STAY WITH THE VERY SICK ANIMALS OVERNIGHT. When I said that wasnt an option he gave me a pill prescription to give him (remember wasn't eating or drinking)..wouldn't even give him IV fluids because it was late in the day and they were closing. My beloved dog passed away the next day. They should be ashamed of themselves. read more

They did a horrible Job I have a Maltese and it's a boy and they cut he's hair like a girl I am like what is this and they charged me like 50$ for that they cut he's hair so low that u see his skin I told them to but it like tall hair no short and do the ground of he's face like a boy and they put it like a girl so this is why I am never taking him there ever again even it's the last place on earth read more

***This is for the Live Oak location.*** Would not bring my animals here again. Brought my two dogs in for a bathing service, and my pomeranian ended up sheared like a sheep. I was called a few hours after dropping them off and the groomer told me there were too many mats on the pomeranian to even bathe him and we agreed that she could take off half of his coat so the mats could then be brushed out. When I arrived to pick up my dogs, they brought out my pom, sheared way to close to his skin. Groomer should've just said she couldn't handle grooming a pomeranian instead of shearing off his coat and saying it was caused by matting. Now, our pom's coat is completely gone and at his age we just hope it'll grow back. The groomer should be ashamed that she just sheared our dog, and the owner should be ashamed for letting her "groom" dogs. Wish I could leave 0 stars. read more

Our girl didn't seem to like the people. I think it was probably the noise volume and the echo in the empty spaces. I didn't really like the people either. Nothing any one of them did specifically, I can't say why exactly but they just rubbed me the wrong way. On top of that I feel ripped off. We took a healthy pup in just to get her flea&tick and heartworm meds refilled and were subjected to a battery of tests that the young and loud assistants had trouble doing. They tried I guess, but they couldn't comfort the dog to take her temp, take a stool sample, draw blood, look in her mouth and ears. The young guy had to put her in a chokehold (and he struggled to do that) so the actual doc could shine the light in her eyes. The doc told us that I couldn't hold her or hold the leash. One of the nurses stuck her five times trying to get blood. Like we knew, nothing was wrong, healthy pup. The receptionist from the moment we walked in was trying to upsell us. Which is part of her job, I understand, but take a hint, we didn't appreciate that. She didn't know the prices of the things she was trying to sell us. I asked the price on a certain type of medicine she tells me one thing, she prints out the invoice and its literally five times the price she told me. So I cancelled half the medication and only paid 200 for 3 months of meds. The whole experience was unpleasant and left us feeling ripped off. I'm sure they're good people but we will be requesting our medical records and finding a different vet. read more

Took our newly adopted dog for a check up (she had been abandoned). We usually take our other pet to the Wellborn location as it's closer. This visit was at the Live Oak location as it was the earliest we could get in and our girl had some fleas. She was checked over twice for a chip, which she did not have. We had her chipped. Two techs got her vitals and checked her out. Both were very nice and personable and loved our dog. Dr. Poarch came in and sat right on the floor with our dog, all 62 pounds of her. Checked her over really well. Couldn't feel a spay scar (most vets 'tattoo' the scar these days but she didn't have one). As we're making an appointment to get her spayed, and she rolled over to allow anyone to pet her belly. As one of the techs was loving on her, she thought she saw a slight scar. She got the doc and asked if they could shave her to confirm. Low and behold, whoever spayed this beautiful girl did a remarkable job. So, one less appointment/expense and she got her rabies shot and flea and heart meds. These folks are amazing! read more

This place does not deserve ANY stars, but since I can't post without rating, I'll give them there one star. My dog has an infection that spread from one toe to another, then turned septic and started oozing goo. I took her to All Springs after my regular Vet was unavailable. The staff was unhelpful and ignored me at the counter at least 10 minutes. When I was finally assisted, I told the lady my dog was injured, I tried some home remedies, it's just got worse. I mentioned my issue is I'm a disabled combat veteran and I only get my checks at the 1st of the month, I needed help with a payment plan or I could leave my ID and copy of my treasury card so they could bill it when my check, just please fix my dog. She simply said "no".Then, Dr. Barker in all his arrogance and "to good for you attitude" over heard the whole conversation and not once offered to help my dog. All they wanted was money, they didn't care about my dog or me. Needless to say my dog and I left and went to NORTH FLORIDA ANIMAL RESCUE. The office visit was $10 cheaper, the nurse told me the vet wasn't in today but that they work with the owner and pet to find alternative cheaper meds and would also help if I need to make payments. BEWARE they will quote you a price. And after the procedure is done and your paying they will add items and charge you more. I always give the benefit of a doubt but it happened to me several times. The worst part is its always a significant amount of money. The last time I dealt with them I ask for a written quote. No more verbal and they told me they don't like to give written quotes. I pushed and they gave me a quote. I came back for another procedure. Once again overcharged by 60.00 dollars and then told me they never quoted the price I was told. So this time I was prepared and pulled out written quote and they said they would have to get it approved. Long story I didn't have to pay. So I don't use any more. UPDATE: Daughter in law picked up her cat from there Live Oak Office and she was overcharged on several items. They charged 20 dollars more to remove bandages before taking cat home. And charged her for a cat collar which was not on cat at time of pickup due to they said they couldn't put on her. Who in their right mind would charge you for a collar that you didn't want or ask for and then not even put on cat. I could go into alot more really bad things but I think you get the picture.
