It took 4 weeks for them to finally do it after numerous phone calls. My grandson went to pick them up and when I looked at the scripts one was for a 6 month supply and the other for one single pill. So now I have to go back to the office to get another script for the 6 month supply. This is ridiculous and absolutely unprofessional. Our new kitten will not be going to this vet. Next year Tippie and Ruby will also be moved to the new veterinarian not Kelli Sanders VM12646. Our pets deserve better consideration.

As soon as I told her my dog was a Chow and was groomed every 6 weeks she automatically stated they were no longer accepting dogs over 50lbs. Rascal weighs 60 lbs is very used to being groomed and gets along with all other animals. Kelly recommended Pet Smart. I mean seriously this place was supposed to be above and beyond and for my dog that I do go above and beyond for she recommends Pet Smart. I was told to call A Groom Above by someone that owns a Husky and they do their grooming. So if you're looking for bigger dog grooming look else where. The attitude as soon as I told her what breed my dog was said it all.
