Attempted to get some shirts made by Blue Marble, and man what a terrible experience I went through. I kept getting the old I'll give you a call back on this only to never get a call back and have no idea where we stood on the project. I would send him emails because that was a simple way to communicate and be able to send pictures and then he would not respond. I called and told him I sent him an email and then he would go...ummm oh look there it is, as if he never saw the email and that he was just clueless on the situation. I found a much better place in Chili and couldn't be happier that I went with a different option then Blue Marble.

My second order included several hundred dollars worth of Adidas sweatshirts with our logo, and vehicle decals & magnets for our new truck. Unfortunately, almost every time I called during the business hours that they have listed, nobody was available. I have been told several times that they don't do mock-ups or assist with anything at all until you pay. This is not the industry standard. I have worked with printing companies in marketing nationwide for over 15 years. This is awful customer service! You can absolutely find a company that will treat you and your business better.
