Someone who is already an experienced quilter would likely find their selection more than sufficient. As for the customer service, I have no complaints. It's unfortunate that some other reviewers had a bad time, though it appears the previous negative reviews are mostly from a time when the shop was under different ownership. The famous Rochester Flower has popped up on their shirts that hang from the walls on the insides of the store, along with a few other designs and logos. They carry mens tanks, tees, and hoodies. Most of their apparel (tees) are $25 a pop, but they have a current deal where you can buy two tees for $40 (a ten dolla discount!). The owners of the store seem fun and quirky.
