My second order included several hundred dollars worth of Adidas sweatshirts with our logo, and vehicle decals & magnets for our new truck. Unfortunately, almost every time I called during the business hours that they have listed, nobody was available. I have been told several times that they don't do mock-ups or assist with anything at all until you pay. This is not the industry standard. I have worked with printing companies in marketing nationwide for over 15 years. This is awful customer service! You can absolutely find a company that will treat you and your business better.

Ok , so where do I begin.... They don't have the biggest selection but I found a sweatshirt for a…read morereasonable price. However when I went to purchase it , I was told it was priced incorrectly ( by 10.00 ). I was also purchasing several items which would of made my total bill over a hundred dollars. But let's get back to the sweatshirt..... when I asked if he would honor the price it was ticketed , the most rudest man behind the counter said ABSOLUTELY NOT!! I explained that I felt since it was ticketed that price , he should honor it. ... well he just got even nastier and said he was going to refund me everything. I just can't believe his business sense or should I say lack of. Besides he doesn't sell authentic Cortland apparel for the prices he wants to charge. Do yourself a favor and go to the school store. Better quality and much nicer staff!
