The worst and unprofessional school, they use personal number in website, its been 2 years I…read morestarted my lessons, I gave full amount to them, the first instructor take me 6 lesson the only thing that I was doing on that 6 lessons is that get in car drop a student and pick another student and get of to my place nothing else, thn I changed my instructor since he even didn't tel me when I get in car I should check the position of mirrors, it was my very first time to start driving. I get another instructor he gave me more lessons but when I went for test I fail at the start, he again give me some more lessons but when I saw they are not professional I left this driving school but my online class still remains nd its been 2 years Im calling them about this, the website number, that lady one day she is in party, one day she has guests, one day her child is sick, one day she is with doctor, one day she is not in office, when Im telling this to instructor they tell me I will do something but still nothing nd Im waiting for my online classes for 2 years. Now Im fed up of this all, in this 2 years I was not just satisfied but also I found they are not professional thats why when ever anyone ask me about my driving school I will tell them west of time nd money, instead of giving Genius driving school's number I well give New road driving school number with whom I went just 4 lessons nd I got my G2 in first attempt in Newmarket. Ejas always took the time to explain things thoroughly and made sure I understood not just how to drive, but the exact techniques and rules necessary for safe driving. The lessons were always well-structured and I felt at ease with him at all times. Not only that, but he also checked in on my welfare, my family's welfare, and always made sure I was doing okay. It has been such an uphill battle for me to get my license and with Surjit's help, it finally happened :)

Had to inquire multiple times for any conformation on the registration. Very unprofessional. When I finally did receive notification on if I was registered or not, the email sent was quite vague, not telling any specific date of any course. So when I did show up, on the day I registered for, nothing. I am firmly convinced that this entire business is a scam.
