The lessons were always well-structured and I felt at ease with him at all times. Not only that, but he also checked in on my welfare, my family's welfare, and always made sure I was doing okay. What I appreciated most was the encouragement, positive attitude, and forgiving nature. When I made mistakes, forgot to reply, and even made his life a little harder sometimes, he always remained patient and helped me without feeling discouraged. A year ago, I tried taking my G test with instructors from other driving schools and ended up failing twice. I had to get my G2 all over again so I went back to Zameer and he helped me passed again in Aurora (First try!). Today we went to take my G test and I FINALLY PASSED!!! I am so happy that I decided to go back to Zameer, I wish I went to him earlier for my G. He is the best instructor, he gives you all the tips and tricks to being a safe and confident driver in order to pass all the road tests. I highly recommend him, especially if you're a new driver and can't get much practice on your own. The instructor, Saad, and I agreed to meet up at 12:30 pm, but 30 minutes before our meeting he suddenly texted to change it to 2:15 pm I could not make it since I had other plans. I got fed up because this wasn't the first time he switched the meeting time at the last minute so I called the school to ask if they could switch my instructor. Guess what happened? They told me to pay 40 dollars for the cancellation fee when Saad was the one who repetitively changed the meeting time at the last minute. Additionally, at the end of my first lesson, he pulled out his phone and started filming me, and pressured me to talk about how much of a "great instructor" he was. Not to mention that during the lesson, he played a recorded video of another student complimenting his lesson. He also followed me to my workplace (as I had my work shift just after my driving lesson), and he started to advertise his driving lessons to my co-workers, which also made me feel uncomfortable. Anyhow, in addition to their ridiculous demand of 40 dollars fee, they were very aggressive during the phone call: they completely disregarded my complaints about his unprofessional behaviours and proceeded to shift all the blame onto me. There is NO way a driving school as unprofessional, unorganized, and utterly incompetent as this one should operate.

I get another instructor he gave me more lessons but when I went for test I fail at the start, he again give me some more lessons but when I saw they are not professional I left this driving school but my online class still remains nd its been 2 years Im calling them about this, the website number, that lady one day she is in party, one day she has guests, one day her child is sick, one day she is with doctor, one day she is not in office, when Im telling this to instructor they tell me I will do something but still nothing nd Im waiting for my online classes for 2 years. We enrolled our son into new driver training but YD emailed us an incorrect schedule which caused…read moreus to miss a date. At that time we found out that the provincial rules state a child must attend 4 consecutive weekend courses. YD refused to take ownership for their mistake even after I emailed them back the schedule they sent me with the mistake in it. I paid significantly more money to enroll my son in YD because I figured their would be the best. Was I sorely mistaken. They are very organized when it comes to taking your money but when it comes time to provide their service they drop the ball. On top of the schedule issue they also cancelled his first class the week before because they did not have enough students to run it. Causing us to scramble huge. Then they couldn't understand why we wouldn't move him to another site for his training. The local site he can walk to the other location would have been an hour both ways by transit.
