After I moved in I discovered multiple serious problrms that were evident to the naked eye. The drain pipe under the kitchen sink was rusted through and there was water damage there. Not indicated in the report. Problems with electrical light switch circuits not working properly. Not reported. The gutters on the house all in need of major repairs. Not reported. I could give more examples but I think you get the picture. Don't hire Monty Freel If you want to be conficent that you will get a good and detailed report.

Right after the inspection, they had a detailed report ready for me to download. The only issue was that their service came with a Porch membership that I didn't like. Porch kept spamming me with calls/emails and the attitude of their salespeople was very scammy. They tried to smooth-talk me into accepting their services without providing detailed information on the cost. When I asked for a breakdown of the cost, the customer representative put me on hold forever to teach me a lesson in his small mind.
