He was right on time, very professional, and took his time inspecting, which we really appreciated. He found one problem & told us how to fix it. We were very concerned about a crack in our brick but he explained that it was not going to be a problem, which was a great relief. He was also less expensive than other inspectors, but, I would have paid more for his expertise. He had decades of experience (even in home building), while the others only had a few years. I would recommend him to all my friends! And strangers too!

Right after the inspection, they had a detailed report ready for me to download. The only issue was that their service came with a Porch membership that I didn't like. Porch kept spamming me with calls/emails and the attitude of their salespeople was very scammy. They tried to smooth-talk me into accepting their services without providing detailed information on the cost. When I asked for a breakdown of the cost, the customer representative put me on hold forever to teach me a lesson in his small mind.
