I went back to the UPS store (Brandon was gone) and another notary, Aaron, would not redo the paperwork without charging me AGAIN for the services. I walked out, without a corrected document or a replacement. UPS did me wrong in this matter! Don't go there!!! Two trips to UPS and an additional 2-hour round trip to the county recorders office - not worth it.

I also spoke with a manager of the store who was as delightful and very appreciative with my feedback about her to employees. Purchased an HP ink cartridge on July 13, 2026. Inserted into printer a few days later and found it…read moreto be defective. Returned to store on July 27 to return product. Was told it had to be unopened in original package to be accepted as a return!! Duh, how was I supposed to know it was defective unless I attempted to use it? Then I was told I missed the 14 day return period - but it would not be accepted anyway because it was not in an unopened package. This defies all logic. It is also not in line with Staples printed return policy. The warranty on this cartridge ends in February, 2028. If the cartridge is shaken one can tell there is ink in the cartridge. I think the Citrus Heights store should review this return request. I am afraid the manager (/) is mistaken about accepting this return.

Their customer service has always been top notch & they are always willing to ensure the quality of the job is done well. Around Thanksgiving last year, we were in a major bind; an online printer couldn't open our files, & we suddenly needed 2,500 prints ASAP. Demetrius, the manager at the time, stepped up & handled everything. Despite the tight deadline, he & his team were able to push the entire job out within 24 hours. They understood our urgency & worked with incredible efficiency. And now the new manager, Jennika, has been extremely helpful & responsive. I'm hopeful she'll stay around for a while!
