He was patient and so nice each time we spoke and provided the information to print my mother's celebration of life programs. I waited until the day before thinking it would be an easy job only to discover the design template I purchased from Etsy would require some editing on the computer to look just right. When I got there Bill introduced me to Andrew who took it upon himself to adjust the settings on the computer. He also printed it a few times ensuring everything lined up just so.
