This company took over my previous company and was supposed to pick up twice a month. For…read moreapproximately 6 months they took my $40/month and In the 5-6 month span they came to my house 3 times total. In May 8th I reported missed pickup on their site their site showed Customer job completed every other week but they never came to my house. On may 8 I got a response apologizing and assured me they had me set up with a scheduled pickup the next morning. A week later I called to cancel service and instead of canceling my service they billed me for another month for June payment. July 1 I called and tried to cancel and tell them to come get their trash cans and I just got another bill for July. Now 2 months past due when I called today the customer service advised me she couldn't waive the charges cancel my account at $0. Keeping in mind the same bags of trash from May 8...actillsy from beginning of April are still in their cans sitting by the road. They have not been here since April one single time and the company is still telling me I have to pay for their service or I'll go to collections. They stole my money never showed up and they are still trying to steal my money when they are not providing the service they are charging me for. This is the single most worst company and customer service I've ever had to deal with. True nightmare. I have heart disease and diabetes she my sister had cancer going thru radiation and chemo and on disability and they are 100% ripping us off.
